Transportation Contract

Between Courier and Customer

This contract is entered into between Courier (Carrier) and Customer (Shipper) for each delivery order placed through Bringerr. Bringerr is not a party to this contract.

1. Subject Matter

Carrier agrees to transport one item (described in the order) from pickup address to drop-off address provided by Customer.

2. Carrier's Responsibilities

  • Deliver item to correct address within agreed time.
  • Handle item with reasonable care.
  • Inspect item for visible damage before accepting.
  • Prohibited items: Carrier may refuse illegal, dangerous, or improperly packaged items.

3. Customer's Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses.
  • Be present at pickup location at scheduled time.
  • Properly package the item.
  • Provide accurate contact information.

4. Liability for Damage or Loss

  • If item is lost or damaged due to Carrier's negligence, Carrier is liable up to declared value (subject to platform maximum).
  • Carrier is not liable for: improperly packaged fragile items, force majeure, or prohibited items.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed when Customer (or recipient) signs or provides delivery code in Bringerr app. Carrier's responsibility ends upon confirmation.

6. Payment

Delivery fee is set via Bringerr platform. Customer pays Bringerr, and Bringerr pays Carrier after deducting commission.
