This Agreement is entered into between the platform "[Company Name]" (hereinafter "Platform") and you as an individual ("User").
1. Subject Matter
The Platform provides digital infrastructure enabling individuals to place delivery orders and find couriers.
2. Status of Parties
The Platform is not a transportation carrier. The transportation contract is concluded directly between the User and the Courier.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate addresses (pickup/delivery).
- Upload item description and photo.
- Prohibited items (drugs, weapons, hazardous materials) are not allowed.
- Pay service fee through the Platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not liable for damage, loss, or delay of the shipment. In such cases, the User must contact the Courier directly.
5. Data Privacy
The Platform processes personal data only for order fulfillment purposes, in accordance with the law.
By registering or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement.
