This Agreement is between the Bringerr platform ("we", "platform") and the Courier ("you"). By registering, you agree to the following terms.
1. Parties
Bringerr:

Courier:
Individual who registers to provide delivery services.
2. Platform Service Description
Bringerr is an online platform connecting Couriers with Customers (Shippers).
Important:
Bringerr is an intermediary. We are
not a party
to any transportation contract between Courier and Customer.
No employment relationship:
Courier is an independent contractor.
3. Registration Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license (upload photo).
- Government ID.
- Smartphone with Bringerr app.
4. Courier Obligations
- Complete orders accurately and on time.
- Safeguard the Customer's item.
- Refuse prohibited items (drugs, weapons, hazardous materials).
- Use the platform for communication & location.
- Protect Customer personal data.
5. Order Fulfillment & Payment
Accepting orders:
You may accept or decline.
Payment:
After successful delivery, amount credited minus platform commission.
Cancellation:
Unjustified cancellation may result in forfeiting all or part of the fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Bringerr is not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by Courier.
- No guarantee of uninterrupted platform operation.
- Courier is responsible for own insurance.
7. Suspension or Termination
Bringerr may suspend or terminate for violation of this Agreement, fraud, illegal activity, or poor performance/low ratings.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (war, natural disasters, pandemic, internet outage).
